I ordered a banquet for 100 people. We agreed on everything, we did not ask for discounts and did not beg for anything at the expense of the institution. Everything seems to be like clockwork.
I came half an hour earlier and saw how they were trying to push RC cola and RC fanta type into the place of real Cola and fanta, which was indicated in the agreed menu and in the invoice. I made a comment either Pepsi and fanta or Cola and fanta. The head of the hall said that he would fix it immediately and we calmly went to meet the guests. Later, I found a Sprite in the place of the veil, they say the phantom could not be found and will be fixed a little later. They didn't fix it.

The waiters worked WELL. I had to call every time to get attention.
The kitchen is good. It's delicious, the portions are good.

Pilaf is normal.(it seems that zigir osh is in Samarkand, at least it looks like it). The second floor is more comfortable. Tomato juice and cucumbers are normal. The average receipt for pilaf is 50-60 thousand (June 2022)

What happened to the chefs?
Cabbage soup is made almost without shaville - there is no traditional taste. The kebab (loin) was so killed by marinating that the meat turned into cotton wool. I was not satisfied 👎🏻
