I am writing my opinion from the tourist's side.
The cafe is really big. The distribution is like in the dining room, the menu is extensive. Prices are like in a cafe! To eat for 200-300 rubles. you have to try. If you take the first, second, salad, compote, then maybe 500 rubles.
This is one of our last points in Uzbekistan, I can safely say that for 200-300 rubles. it is already difficult to eat somewhere in principle, if it is not samsa on the street. Prices have increased, this country is not so cheap anymore.
Nevertheless, everything looks fresh in this cafe, the food is delicious. The biggest plus is that you see what you are eating and you can choose the serving size.
I advise you to visit.

A very cozy, clean cafe. A huge variety of delicious food. A large selection of first courses, second courses, national, confectionery products. We lived for 3 days

I took a kievksi cutlet, mashed potatoes with vegetable gravy and jelly.
The puree is sour. It's hardly an idea like that... It looks like they've turned sour. The cutlet was also sour, but I realized this, to my great regret, when it began to cool down at the end 🤦🏻♀️ The jelly did not differ in quality, it had a midge wing.
I did not complain, because the staff is clearly not friendly, they made such a face at the checkout when I refused the juice that they had already punched, as if they were carrying bags to me, but I did not take them, a very arrogant unpleasant girl. And with such faces, half of the staff is there.
The waitress was still standing over her soul, waiting until I finish and leave to clean up.
The toilet is smelly, cockroaches are running around.
In general, I am in complete shock. I couldn't eat. She left disappointed and hungry. I also feel sick now after everything I've tried and seen...
