In June, the doors sagged a little and started to close poorly (they need to be adjusted). And that's where it started. Let's do it next weekend, the weekend is over - silence. Then again: "We will definitely be next weekend." As a result, 5 weeks have passed and no one has arrived. The windows and doors themselves seem to be normal. But if you need a guarantee, it's better to choose others.

Maybe it used to be a decent office, but now it's kind of a horror. I called them several times, the guy picked up the phone and promised to call back. He never called back himself - it's obvious that they save money like beggars on calls. In the end, we agreed with grief (after my many calls back to them) that they would arrive at the measurement at 19.00. As a result, from 18.50, the phone is not picked up, the calls are dropped. They threw it, in general. By the way, I asked them what their window profile was in the Standard package, and they said it was Grunhaus. At the same time, it is indicated on their website that this is economy, and the standard is the KBE profile. In general, some kind of deception and deception. Maybe someone had windows installed properly, they were lucky. But I don't recommend this office, it's kind of murky.
