I'll just tell you the story of our landscaping. In June 2024, we contacted the company Bel Viy in Mogilev regarding the landscaping, manufacture and installation of the monument. They explained to us, showed us the samples, calculated the prices, agreed on the terms (60 calendar days). We were satisfied, we signed a contract. Then the epic begins. As it turned out, landscaping is not done by specialists of the company, but by some third-party organizations. The price of landscaping in the salon was counted to us at 1700, although with the caveat that maybe transport services there could be higher, so we were ready to raise the price by 100-200 rubles. But the reality has exceeded our expectations. 2700 is the amount that we heard a week later from the beautifier. Due to what suddenly I did not understand. Just as a guess, the manager deliberately told us the amount below to entice the client. Other companies have confirmed to us about the same amount. We agreed with this amount and it is necessary to conclude a contract already for landscaping. And here the epic begins: we remember about you, you are registered with us, we work in the area, in a week, you are the seventh in turn, in another week and so two months pass. At this time, as if the monument should be made, but the artist does not call us to coordinate the retouching of the monument. It was only after we asked the manager what was going on with the artist that we were contacted. Here is the truth, consider that we quickly agreed on everything, we were given several options for placing photos on the monument, We chose what we liked, but at the same time the epitaph did not fit on the monument. The artist clarified that the epitaph could be moved to the pedestal and we all agreed on it. In mid-September, the beautifiers finally started their work. Concrete was poured, it's time to tile it. We wanted to cover everything with plain black tiles, but such tiles are not available, and if you want, then you have to wait another month. And the month of October is already in the yard for a minute and I already want to finish all this. Therefore, we put what we have. According to the contract, we have a monument, flower beds, tombstones, the deadline is September 16. The monument was brought on October 12, but everything else, as it turns out, will be made after the adoption of the monument. After all the drinking, I decided to clarify whether they remembered about the transfer of the epitaph to the pedestal, as it turned out they did not know about it and I had to inform them. And for this, an additional payment is needed, which the artist should inform us about, but of course he did not. As a result, the final installation took place in early November. And the cherry on the cake. We have a rural cemetery and often we can't go there, so we ordered a vase with a hole so that the water wouldn't accumulate. And what, a vase without a hole))). "But it's more expensive, and we gave it to you at the old price." To be honest, I didn't have the strength to fight anymore.
