On 01/26/2026, our company fully paid the invoice No. BLRB709120 in the amount of 22,097 BYN for the TOURS loader for the MTZ tractor. After receiving a 100% prepayment, the classic story began.: — "waiting for confirmation" — "shipment is scheduled for this week" — "no news yet" — "postponed to next week". This has been going on for more than a month and a half, and there is still no specific delivery date. Manager Vitaly Tereshenok regularly reports contradictory information. At first it was said that they were waiting for confirmation from the factory, then that "shipment is planned," then again "there is no information." In fact, the client is simply offered to wait indefinitely. Separately, it is worth paying attention to the terms of the contract: it provides for a fine for the buyer of 0.15% per day for late payment, but at the same time, the supplier is not actually responsible for the delivery time. Also, while waiting, we were offered to take a 2024 TOURS-2000 loader out of stock, which was already in stock and had signs of corrosion, instead of the paid equipment. As a result, the following scheme of work is obtained: the client pays 100% prepayment, after which he receives indefinite deadlines, postponements and lack of specifics. Due to the delayed delivery, we are forced to rent equipment because the tractor cannot be used for its intended purpose. I recommend that future clients read the contract very carefully and think several times before making a full prepayment.
