There are almost never queues at the cash desk, but there is always a queue for a specialist who deals with cards and loans, moreover, this person is one for the entire department, if he is not on vacation, for example, then you will not close the loan, you will not open the card, simply put, you will not do ANYTHING. Another girl replaces you for what it is not clear if she does not know any questions, but she will take your phone number and maybe call you back when she finds out the information you are interested in. I've been trying to close my credit card for a month, so far unsuccessfully, then the main employee is on vacation, then on sick leave, then somewhere else. It is a very big request to the management that there be a competent replacement for the main employee who will be able to do everything the first time.

Super slow!! The service is terrible! The employees are slow-witted!!! Only one ticket office is open!!! Everything is terribly long, if you are a busy person, I strongly do not recommend it!!!
