Constant freezes, update curves, and the inability to solve problems with the application online. Even the balance can't be viewed every day. They just don't care about customers, how many people have complained about queues. To the point, the President said about cats.

A good location, polite staff, explain clearly and easily. There are queues sometimes, but this is objective. Good visual campaigning takes place.
