I was applying for a salary card at the belagroprombank branch and faced an extremely unpleasant situation. An employee of the bank, Yulia Luchenok, twice ignored my request not to include insurance in the package of services. Despite my clear and repeated instructions, she imposed insurance on me, assuring me that this was a prerequisite for obtaining a card.
Such actions of an employee are unacceptable and indicate disrespect for customers and violation of their rights. I was misled and forced to pay for a service that I did not need and about which I clearly expressed my disagreement.
I hope that the bank's management will take measures to avoid such situations in the future and will conduct explanatory work with the employee. Clients should not face such an attitude, especially when it comes to important financial matters.
I strongly recommend that you carefully check the actions of employees and ensure that they respect the rights and wishes of customers.
