on April 21, 2025, I applied for a credit card through the application. In the application, the application status has changed from "Pending" to "New". My waiting for 2 weeks and calls to the call center yielded nothing. What was my surprise after coming to the department, when I heard the answer that I still needed to bring a certificate of income...
But it was impossible to call and tell about it immediately after reviewing the application????
The quality of customer service in this department is extremely low!!!!

From the start, I didn't like the bank and how they work with the client.
I tried to register with them in the application through the ISI. The constant error about "invalid password". Although in other normal banks, it all goes without problems.
I called the support service .
They keep saying that everything is working correctly for them, but nothing is working. It is impossible to complete even the simplest registration without calling the support service, although they cannot help in any way.
The same as MTB Bank in the first impression.
I'm going to figure it out personally now!

Disgusting bank! The validity period of the card has expired. I dialed the call center, they said I was ready to pick up. I came to a beetle that works until 18.00.. Are you serious? Most of them have a working day until 18.00...
