I had to wait once to change the currency. There are zero people. The staff is busy with their personal affairs. The operator was chirping merrily on the phone, not paying attention to the fact that there are visitors and they are already waiting for the reception time with a ticket in their hands. I waited and waited until I decided to clarify if they were working at all . After a minute, I was reluctantly "invited". I asked more questions about opening an account in this bank, etc. the girl did not answer any of the questions clearly. Very reluctantly. She sent me to look for conditions and other details on the site... I will never open an account here in my life. Thanks
