There is no service.
The client's notification system for important events is dead.
At first, they promised that the card would be renewed automatically - as a result, a month later they were blocked without any warnings and said that they had already thought of something and were no longer renewing it.
I waited 15 minutes to talk to a "specialist" on the phone, even though there were 3 people in line...
You always have to ask for leave at work to get into this wonderful branch. I waited in line for 40 minutes to make a new card.
The new card has been manufactured for so long that there are no words, and an alert has arrived about the manufacture on Friday, when the bank is closed, and the weekend is ahead and they are not working.
Now I have to take time off from work again and return to this wonderful institution.
I'll end up saying that I'm very sorry that this is my salary card and I can't get anywhere without it. With such service and customer service, I would never want to get involved with this bank.

Somehow, a bank was needed for currency exchange and chose this branch of the BAPB. My turn came up pretty quickly, I didn't even have time to enjoy waiting on the couch. Good service, very spacious inside.
