Due to the size of the beach, it can be a little crowded in the season, but still not as crowded as in Budva) A huge plus compared to other beaches in Montenegro - Tivat is located in a bay, so there are practically no waves, it is very convenient with small children. There are fish swimming near the shore. Planes take off over the beach from Tivat airport, infrequently, 10 times a day, for me personally this is a huge plus, but it may be uncomfortable for someone.
