But to pay tribute to the staff, everything works, is very responsive and keeps everything clean. Before that, I was on a business trip to Kazakhstan, the difference is big, the service and attitude are in favor of Belarus. In Kazakhstan, everything is pompous and modern, but there is no service, the attitude of the staff - it is necessary to force them to fulfill their basic duties all the time.

There was hot water all day and night, titan. The bed linen is clean, the mattress in this room was comfortable for me. There are breakfasts, they offer to collect ten rubles of morning food from the menu, it is quite difficult to eat for all the money, they do not offer change, they go to the expense of forced tips, such a scoop business with a trick. There is a guarded parking lot. The hotel staff is very pleasant and courteous! And most importantly, there are three days for those who want to relax in peace and quiet.- Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, the rest of the week is a disco on the ground floor and the hotel administration, with all its desire, will not be able to help. The room price includes breakfast, which is held in a small cozy cafe on the 2nd floor (the food is delicious, the service is fast, the staff is friendly)! I stayed here for 3 days and 2 nights, took a junior suite, so in the future I will talk about it: the room is in classic greenish-white tones, the ceiling is patterned with a claim to an interesting design, the windows are plastic and dense (with yellow-green curtains, and in the bedroom also with blinds!)... There is no noise I can hear that it's comfortable to spend the night. Advantages - a large square footage (2 rooms, a bath with 2 entrances, an entrance hall), a spacious hallway with a hanger, a large mirror and a chest of drawers for things, a huge refrigerator (freezes delightfully), there is an electric kettle, a hair dryer, air conditioning, 2 TVs (in each room) and what was especially pleasing - a fan (few places have). The room has an abundance of high-quality unpretentious furniture: a sofa, an armchair, a couple of chairs, several tables, one small wardrobe (with additional bed linen, slippers and bathrobes), a large bed with a wonderful mattress, a dressing table with an ottoman, bedside tables. The lighting, except for the bathroom, is excellent and implemented in the same style: chandeliers in both rooms, a floor lamp and bedside lamps are of the same shape, series and company (all on LEDs!). The bathroom is very spacious, it has a bathroom, sink, bathtub with shower, clothes dryer (gander), electric heater. The water quality and temperature are excellent. A separate big plus for all Belarusian hotel rooms (I've been to many places, I'll write more specifically below) are full-fledged sets of various dishes, from spoons, forks and knives, to stacks, cups, mugs, decanters, corkscrews and openers! It's just captivating, few places in the world do this! Among the minor disadvantages of the hotel: only one old elevator (rumbles and rattles, the second elevator is under repair), an old facade (a classic Soviet hotel with a rectangle), part of the hotel is rented for some beauty salons and travel agencies (a trifle, but unpleasant), as in many hotels in Belarus (I was in Vitebsk in the "Luchesa", in Novopolotsk in Naftan and Belarus, in Polotsk...I forgot the name) - there are no balconies (not provided by the facade). Of the minor disadvantages of the junior suite: only one key is given (it is inconvenient when there are two of you), a small closet (there is really little space for things and the upper compartment of the closet is occupied by an additional set of linen), weak lighting in the bathroom (one very weak lamp above the sink), lack of bedside sockets for charging mobile phones (those sockets that there are used by default for lamps). In general, despite minor drawbacks, I think that Belarus is an excellent hotel with a wonderful junior suite at an adequate (by Russian standards) price! I recommend it to everyone, I was happy to stay here and spend time!
