The department leaves much to be desired. It's stuffy, there aren't enough ticket offices, the queue is huge. I applied for a passport to issue a bank card, made a card with my maiden name, took it from my database, although the surname changed 10 years ago. I had to make a new card and wait another 2 weeks.

I went to the bank, there was no info kiosk, although there was one before. I ask the employees (who are sitting behind the glass) where the info kiosk is, they say that we do not answer questions without a mask. To which I was told that yes, we will not answer, BUT by doing so they contradict themselves and still answered my question, but they DO NOT ANSWER the question about the infokiosk without a mask... what is the logic of these actions?
no one gave me a mask at the entrance the same way, although by law they must organize the safety of visitors. I do not recommend this branch, I had to go to the center to put money on the card, thereby this branch loses the profit of Belarusbank and customers with whom they have been cooperating for a long time.
