It's a terrible bank, we buy currency from you, but it's impossible to exchange it back into Belarusian ones, we allegedly store them wrong and they don't look like this, not for the first time.

The staff is diligent and nice. It was funny to watch how the bank's employees fought with the water formed after the arrival of customers from the winter, snowy street. Why can't the flagship of banking services make sure that everyone does their own thing -a cleaner cleans the water, a bank employee serves citizens. You don't have to answer a rhetorical question.
