On January 09, 2026, I came to pay the lease payment. I did it all at an ATM. There are three of them at the entrance on the right side. I'm specially making a video recording to prove that I paid just in case, because there have been precedents when I paid at an ATM, but they brazenly say that I didn't. Anyway, that's how it turned out this time, I didn't deposit the entire amount and was waiting for the receipt. But I didn't get the receipt, so I called the consultant's employee. There, two female employees couldn't figure it out. One said you need to pay the entire amount. And supposedly you still need to deposit 0.66 kopecks. I'm sorry, but I need to deposit 5 rubles, and she so brazenly told me if I had 5 rubles. It's all very cleverly thought out. The ATM system is interesting - it does not issue a receipt and it is not clear where the money goes, it says "booked". Sorry, after the holidays, people may not have any money left and even need bread. I asked to call another employee who helped me deal with the ATM's work, and as a result, the ATM system gave me a receipt, I had previously paid at the same Belarusbank and there were no problems, she gave me the receipt, and here -"until the entire amount is paid, the ATM will not issue the receipt," in general, I I tried to solve the problem - either to return the money to me, or to call that employee (I even showed her the video and there it was possible to understand who the employee was or do as she did to get the receipt), but I was forced to pay 5 rubles. Now I regret that I did not write a review in the book of complaints and suggestions.And by the way, an employee of Belarusbank told me that the leasing company had set it up that way, but yesterday she called and they said it was possible not to pay the entire amount, that is, the bank has such an opportunity. I would like the bank to employ qualified staff.
