I strongly advise against working with Belarusbank. The service is terrible — constant delays, complete lack of responsiveness. System failures occur from time to time. Overall, this bank only causes frustration and hassle. I highly do not recommend it.

The waiting time is 50 minutes. There's only one window and a bunch of people working. Although the staff is polite, it is better not to visit this bank if you value your time.

Good afternoon. Today I ordered a certificate, which, unfortunately, is being prepared in this bank for 5 working days. I was served by Kulikova Elena Valeryevna. I needed to get a certificate today. Elena Valeryevna explained absolutely everything regarding the time frame for obtaining a certificate. She promised to make every effort to shorten the time for me to receive the document!!! And so- I was amazed!!!! Just a couple of hours- and....I have my certificate. Thank you so much for the individual approach to each client!!!! Special thanks for the very tactful attitude of Kulikova.V.!!!!
