The currency exchange is disgusting, they look at each bill for half an hour, then they check it, like we don't accept the damaged one, and there's either an invisible speck or some kind of dot... do not change the currency there, you will lose time in the queue, go to other branches, and preferably to another bank.

Abuse of authority every time we know the currency! A very biased attitude towards the instructions of the national bank, this is unacceptable!!! All the banknotes with which the exchange was refused were easily accepted in other branches! Interpreting the instructions of the national Bank in your own interests! All this is just frustrating every time you have to contact them....
