The girl who is sitting at the table and is being asked for help, I don't know how her position is correct, but with such a dissatisfied face she answers your questions, and also slowly goes to help you to the information kiosk. There was also a case (like a senior specialist), a woman expresses dissatisfaction to another employee in the entire department. Other branches are always so polite, there is no market for this among themselves. Every time I come here, my hair stands on end.

Only 2 of the five ticket offices are open.There are constant queues near two information kiosks.And once it was the strongest bank in Belarus!And so it is in almost every department.It feels like either those who should organize the work of the departments are people of very low qualifications. Or the bank has a new goal -to mock customers
