The bank's premises at 56 Independence Avenue are spacious. In my opinion, it would be good if each serviced window were equipped with a separate room, such as windows 1 and 2. It is not very comfortable to be in the rest of the service windows in full view of everyone. Why should every visitor know who is doing what? The service is not of high quality. Sometimes it feels like they're dragging their feet on maintenance. You can wait in the queue for up to 1 hour, when some operations take a minute to service. It's probably everywhere, if the staff is in a good mood, then the attitude towards customers is good. As it is, everything seems to be fine. There is always something to strive for.))
