Where was the bank employee in such a hurry that she took another client. I waited for almost an hour, and the specialist couldn't wait at his workplace. I would like the bank's management to have a conversation with its employees on this issue. After all, in my place there may be an elderly person who finds it even more difficult to find the right window and it will take more than a couple of minutes.I issued the card at another branch.
