To say that I waited for almost an hour and couldn't even wait for my turn, to say nothing, to do it for 10 seconds, for some reason, when you take a ticket with a number, other people's numbers appear in front of you, and your number is pushed back, I had to go to study with a teacher, I waited 40 minutesmy number was pushed back, then one cash register started working altogether and no one else was called, as a result, I went to look for another ATM to withdraw money! Terrible attitude! Please call one at a time, and do not put the numbers before those that should be next in line!

At best, there are 2 cash registers. A lot of people pass out of line. I've visited this bank several times, because it's the closest bank to home, and it's always the same. For the sake of currency exchange, you have to wait from 30 to 60 minutes. The staff shrugs off the comments.
