They cooperate with Belinkasgroup to service ATMs. They took my forgotten card from the ATM 6 days ago and neither Belarusbank nor Belinkasgroup give me any information on it.It's useless to call and find out something. Talking on the phone is absolutely useless, as well as coming live to clarify: all this leaves much to be desired. I do not recommend this bank because of the slow speed of work, kilometer regulations, secrecy, bureaucracy and lack of loyalty to its customers.

And when I saw suspicious men at an ATM harassing elderly people, I went to the bank to warn them about the danger. I am glad that you took my application seriously right away!
