The next day, we came to the bank 50 km from the Minsk region so that the specialist could tell us that Belarusbank has its own formula for calculating monthly loan payments from other banks and does not care what is written in your loan agreement and what payments you pay. Our bank has its own calculations. And of course, it was impossible to tell this secret information over the phone. It's crazy, surreal, and a mockery of your own customers. I was forced to apply to another bank, even though I have been a client of Belarusbank for several years.
