As in any bank, if there is a "season" of payments, there are a lot of people and queues. Consultants always help. On the downside, there is often a crowded information kiosk on weekends (which is outside). If you need to replenish your card urgently, in 80% of cases, there is no way to do this.

It's just terrible. The queue barely moves, new people come, coupons are called according to a very strange scheme, those who were after me passed. When I applied to open a card, they refused me, saying we need information about where you got the money from, but I can't provide these information! I am a citizen of another country and work remotely. Moreover, they give me a form to fill out, although my friend, also like me, is not a citizen of Belarus, came, they gave him this card! They came to Belarusbank to pay for the car's mark-up service, waited an hour and a half, were very late, asked us to take it early, it's good that cool people work there. By the way, when we left, our number hadn't been called yet. My husband and I received a huge cress, as we were very worried, we had a lot of things to do. We were late everywhere!!!!! Why have the branches been closed???? So that people wait for 2 hours, and this is at a time when the coronavirus is raging??
