It's the worst ward I've ever been in. There are 2 windows, but it feels like it's not a bank employee serving a customer, but a brick!!! One customer was held for 40 minutes, the second was not served during this time. I had to pick up the card, I sat with a one-year-old child for an hour, and I couldn't stand it anymore, the child started crying, and it didn't matter to all the bank employees, they should have sat until the end of the working day and worked less!
