Just terrible service. At first, at the entrance, the consultant seems to say that the issue can be resolved. But only at the checkout. You're standing in line and they can't actually help you at the checkout either. Misunderstood initially. And this is not the first time. Half of the payments were simply canceled. Honestly! It is inconvenient to go up to the 2nd floor. The room is small. There was an ATM on the street, they took it off. And mostly elderly people go to this bank. Sometimes there's nowhere to sit down.
