I would like to note right away that we are served by very qualified specialists and very wonderful, sweet and attentive women. I often and with pleasure visit this department. There are always a lot of customers here and a very heavy workload for the branch staff, plus they constantly need to help clinetam make ATM payments and a queue is often created in this regard. And yet, the room is certainly cramped. Especially when utility bills are due and there are a lot of customers in the room, there is simply nowhere to turn around.
