A typical branch of this bank. Friendly and competent staff. Customer orientation (despite the imperfect technical support). Parking nearby is quite large, only during rush hours there may be problems.

The loan officer is rude and raises his voice. Allegedly, I was on her lunch break, although I found out about it when I was called to the place. The service is disgusting. The controlling opposite, but it doesn't change the impression. It is better to go to the neighboring branch two houses away from this one.
