I don't often visit the bank itself, but I often visit an ATM nearby and an information kiosk, and here's my opinion: the ATM is excellent and works properly all the time, because it's new, and the terrible old information kiosk doesn't immediately accept bills, especially 5 rubles. Sometimes you stand for 1 hour to put money on the card, I ask you to replace the information kiosk and it will be all 5 stars So far, there are only 3.

A bad bank, they didn't want to change 100 euros with a barely noticeable yellow spot, they said they had to submit it for examination for 6 months and pay for it. They accepted it at another bank without any problems
