I don't often visit the bank itself, but I often visit an ATM nearby and an information kiosk, and here's my opinion: the ATM is excellent and works properly all the time, because it's new, and the terrible old information kiosk doesn't immediately accept bills, especially 5 rubles. Sometimes you stand for 1 hour to put money on the card, I ask you to replace the information kiosk and it will be all 5 stars So far, there are only 3.

Everything is very sad... VERY LONG service. EVERY EMPLOYEE of this department works very slowly!!! I have to stand in line for half an hour.(It's a pity I threw out the last check when I was there, and the number of the electronic queue, where you could see that I was served only thirty-something minutes after I took the queue number!! Moreover, 2 windows were working and there were about 5 people!!! There is no desire to return there!((
