The consultant also explained that the bank was closing soon and I was being denied service, and the specialist allegedly left to carry out another operation and there were no other specialists. At 19:05, after sitting in the department for more than 15 minutes, they asked to leave without serving.
If these are high standards of service, then what are low standards?
