I didn't like the fact that there are very long queues. There are few specialists (no more than 2, and sometimes 1, taking into account lunch breaks), and people come to them who do not really know what they want. They ask for hours about something, and then leave with nothing, although all the information that interests them can be easily found on the Internet. Perhaps there are echoes of the factory district. I would not advise you to come here. Except for those who live very close by.
