New office after renovation, everything is fine. The terminal with the numbers didn't work, but the employee wrote them out perfectly with her hands. There was no queue. Everything is fast, polite, and comfortable.

We came to get a certificate, they told us that 1 window only gives out and offered to wait 20 minutes. We waited and eventually called the person after us. We clarified why we were allowed in. As a result, a specialist came out and said that she had 3 clients on loan, allegedly waiting a long time.
And they explained that the certificate would be issued only after 3 days, although the main office said it would be issued on the spot.
I do not recommend a branch for receiving documents
