I ordered the card in the application, and I received a message that I can pick up the card at the branch on Avrorovskaya Street. I arrived, I waited in line for 45 minutes. I didn't take the card, I don't have time to sit there for two hours. It's unclear how the queue is going, the ticket at the kiosk was taken correctly! As a result, I will not go to collect the card, but close the account.
