There are no complaints about the bank or the appearance of the office itself, but some employees are working because they do not want to come to the branch, I came and sat for two hours and 15 minutes after closing, without resolving the issue, everything was solved in another branch in 15 minutes, too, and without any problems or waiting hours. I used to come here, everything was fine. That's why I took off the star because of one incompetent employee.
