For me personally, the worst bank in our city. Every trip ends with a spoiled mood. They don't change the currency, they'll find a spot or something, BUT they change the same currency in another bank without any problems. (As far as we know, the exchange has been simplified, but apparently this bank does not know about it). Eternal queues . Tired, angry employees.
