Terrible service, in particular, customer orientation. I came to pay the rent, and the operator was annoyed right away, but come on, everyone has bad days. She accepted one payment, said on the second that the erip was hanging up, after a persistent request, the erip still "sank", miracles, no other way, the payment was successfully made and the brunette operator rudely said goodbye to me. Before I could move away from the window, the operator kindly began to discuss me at the top of her voice, as a customer, that they say you can pay online, but I go to banks, I interfere with work. I understand that no one wants to work in such positions, but recruiting cowgirls is probably not an option either.

The bank's employees have not heard anything about customer orientation. Instead of adequate service, you have to deal with an irritated employee who allows himself to discuss it with his colleagues in the presence of a client with the phrases "there is a young girl". The rest was said more quietly, but judging by the irritated intonation and facial expression, I assume that the employee was unhappy that I contacted the cashier and not the information desk, which prevented her from doing her important business. There was no reason for the employee's dissatisfaction, the client (me) just came to pay for the apartment and asked me to carefully indicate the data, since the payment was for the apartment of an elderly person who was worried about the correctness of the entered data, and who had repeatedly encountered the inattention of bank employees. We ask the management to conduct a training on communication with clients and explain that being annoyed and discussing a client in an unfriendly manner literally in his presence does not make an employee a professional :)

There are two employees walking in the hall , and one cash register is empty , I waited for thirty minutes and did not wait . The staff did not even pay attention , they talked to each other . Terrible service!
