It's just awful! Constant queues! Install an ATM- reduce the number of complaints! Just bullying people! You stand in line for 20 minutes , and then take a break !

Will the second window ever work??? There are always 15-20 people in queues. Why create such a pandemonium? It's a huge hypermarket with a lot of traffic.

I was very upset. There was an information kiosk at this point, which I often used, especially on weekends. I arrived last Saturday, but there is no info kiosk. The employee can't explain anything. It's worse than it was. I'm disappointed.
