The employee working at this bank today on 10/20/25 (did not introduce herself at the request to give her full name) is not competent in matters related to payment in ERIP /EPOS, our client could not pay for the services because the employee was in a hurry for lunch and could not provide assistance in payment, saying that the invoice was incorrect! The service is terrible!

Other reviews don't lie, the cash registers are slow. There were 2-3 people in front of me, 2 cash desks were working, and I waited 16 minutes. At the same time, they called people who came later than me, perhaps there is some logic in priority.
