The department has deteriorated very much, so an electronic queue has appeared. The room lights up after 50 minutes or even more. You can wait in line for an hour and a half to change the currency. All customer service windows never work, only two cashiers serve, and so they alternate every hour. If you don't want to just spend 40 minutes to an hour in line, then I recommend going to another bank nearby or their other branch!

A terrible department with a terrible boorish leader. We waited in line for an hour and never made the payment. At first, 2 windows worked, then 3. And all ONLY for the issuance of pensions. No one argues, this is important, but is it possible to allocate at least 1 window for payment? And what kind of selective customer call? Why did those who came later come earlier? How can an ordinary working person with a job before 18.00 have time to make any payment?! Terrible attitude
