And so I came to the bank branch in Maryina Gorka on Chapaev Street at 13.30 on 08/23/24. I specially waited until lunch was over. A bank employee asked me to leave, although there was already a guest in the bank. I clarified the reason, I was informed that lunch was coming. All sources on the site say that lunch is on Fri until 13.00. I asked the girl to inform her management about the error, to which I was told that she did not care about it and it was not her problem. But since I'm worried about this and this is my problem, please tell me whether to check with these employees on communication with guests? I'm waiting for an answer And there is also one bank branch in this area and it works on a strange schedule until 16.00 after work, but instead it is impossible to get three weekends and, as I understand it, insults as this employee will come up with.
