Making utility payments only in information kiosks is certainly a modern and advanced thing. But I sincerely feel sorry for the bank employees during the payment period when the queues of grandmothers and grandfathers line up to the street, and the workers do not even sit down for hours standing at the information kiosk and paying for payments in self-service information kiosks 😆 But the workers are very polite, which is very cool
