A normal branch for the local population for various types of banking services. The room is clean and tidy. Cozy. Friendly bank employees, it's nice to come in and handle the case. There are almost no queues. Now a lot of people use Internet banking. Thank you for being there!

The service is terribly slow, everyone works in a relaxed state, not thinking that the customer may be in a hurry. Instead of performing the operation I needed in 5 minutes (it was real), they stretched it all out by 20, managing to teach me what is already clear and sell me unnecessary insurance. But at the same time, I still had to wait half an hour for my turn, since only one window was working. There is only one information kiosk in the department, which is terribly slow (apparently, it adapts to the surrounding climate of the employees' work), and again, in order to perform a minute operation, you have to spend a lot of time waiting and standing in line. I went there because there is nothing else closer to home, but I think if you go to another department in time you will still win

Disgusting service!!!!! 20.11 15.00 only ONE WINDOW is open!!!!!! How is it possible, there are 13 people in the branch and everyone is waiting for all the other bank employees to eat! And this is in the context of a pandemic, when a large number of people in a small room is undesirable. Please adjust the lunch break so that at least TWO WINDOWS WORK.

The usual department. It is inconvenient that there is no electronic queue. Different cash registers accept different types of payments. You may have to stand at two cash desks. I would like an information kiosk with a cash acceptance function. Sometimes there are queues.

I have rarely been going to this savings bank for the last 2 years. But then, surprisingly, there was a friendly consultant. She helped me figure out how to pay for the service on my own. The queue for specialists was small. Maybe I was just lucky. The disadvantage is that the office's working hours have been reduced. We used to work from 9-00, and now from 10-00.
