I really liked the service at the bank on Kirova Street. A polite team, each customer with payments is invited to service in the information kiosk or through banking. It's a pity that our district has only 80+ pensioners and they create a queue at the checkout. The only drawback is that one window is almost constantly closed. Therefore, the burden on specialists is huge. I even watched how they came out earlier from dinners and from over-searches, as customers were outraged. They always offer additional products. Well done.

The most irresponsible and slow employees work in Belarusbank on Kirova Street. I have been served in this department twice or three times and noticed that it is natural for them to keep a person in line for twenty to thirty minutes, and directly serve in the window for forty minutes. But lotteries and insurance are offered very quickly. It seems that the bank's employees have been taught to quickly extract money from people, but they do not know how to draw up contracts promptly and clearly. I recently issued a pension card to my mother, again they kept it for a long time. And after a while it turned out that not all the data was entered or something was lost, they say, come, otherwise we will block the card. In a word, it's a mess in this bank. It's sad, but a fact...

The queues are large on an ongoing basis already. Please do something. Only 2 cash registers are working, but if the bank sees that so many people, you can also include a third cash register in the work. A specialist in the hall helps with the information desk. And those who need to make currency exchange transactions have to wait a long time. Grandmothers stand for more than 15 minutes at the cashier, and there are more than 15 people in the hall. There are a large number of elderly people in this Textile microdistrict. Please take this into consideration. And please help other citizens, I want to receive prompt service, which in turn will contribute to a high quality of service. Many people coming to see this queue immediately leave.
