Everything is fine, they helped to make a bank card, everything was explained, everyone helped politely, agreed to wait. Nice staff. Of the cons, I wanted to add that one window is for such purposes, but if you look at the size of the room, it's understandable, I don't know what you're writing about the queue, everything is fine with me, all the booths are working.

The bank is disgusting, there are queues all the time, one window is working, it's just AWFUL!! Nothing changes from year to year..
