I try not to have anything to do with them. Especially when I lost $400 in 2015, I was advised to do so.. convert to Belarusian rubles.. And for some reason I thought that this equated to the course, it would be better to invest in repairs. Then again, a couple of years ago, a card with a change on it was stolen... It is clear when, for example, 8 rubles are on the card, and you still have to live for something for a week before your salary, and when you buy for a ruble, then they steal 4 rubles. then of course you will notice this. So that there is something to keep, it is not in the bank. There is no trust.

Have you recruited operators from the market? This is absurd. They act like they owe them everything. Of the three people in the queue, all three were rude. You treat them politely, clarify information, and in response sarcasm, ridicule and rudeness. I'd rather drive across town to a bank branch than come here.
