I don't know what's going on there, maybe the electronic queue is faulty, but it's clear that people are bothered by all this. Everyone is unhappy, everyone is hissing.
As a result, I let everyone who was sitting and standing there go ahead, and probably as many more who went there after me. I stood for an hour and a half to pay the bill for 6 rubles!
