There are constant queues, the service is below average, the staff does not always have up-to-date information on products, only paid plastic cards and an outdated online interface (both applications and online banking). Of course, there are individual customer-oriented employees who are trying to raise the level of service, such as in this department and the department at Minsk airport (such pleasant personalities that I am ready to be served only by them). Many banks are already sending free debit cards to your email address and all operations can be performed online, including changing passport data without leaving your home, But here ... the 20th century is still.
