Good afternoon, this is not the first time I have encountered a currency exchange problem in this branch, I bought euros from them and after a while tried to hand them over, but they refuse to accept the currency they sell, then mold , then holes, they find any excuse not to take it back and shrug their shoulders,that they can 't do anything . Then the question is, I'm not an expert, when I buy, it's an ordinary bill for me, I don't visually see these micro-holes and so on, why are you selling these bills ??? I don't recommend anyone to buy currency in this bank, it was the last time I visited this bank!!! I was able to transfer to Alfa Bank with a commission , alas , it was cheaper by 5 % of the cost .
