Once again, I was faced with absolute indifference to customers. At 10.00 a.m., money was transferred to my account at another bank. After 3 hours, they did not appear on the account. When talking to a bank employee, a certain Rita Vladimirovna, the latter explained that the money would come tomorrow, not earlier, because that's how they do it. Although I had not worked with other banks before, money between banks came within a maximum of 2 hours. And if I need to find out information about my money already, then the sender should come to them. Moreover, I was told that, as a matter of principle, none of the bank's employees would communicate with me about this. When asked why the bank employee did not ask the sender how soon he needed to transfer the money, I was told that it was none of their business. That's all for people. As a result, a missed bargain. I strongly advise against dealing with Belarusbank, especially in Lyakhovichi.
