It's just a terrible horror. I arrived 29 minutes before closing time, and the assistant told me which ticket to take. I sat for 25 minutes watching as people came in, took coupons and were called within 5 minutes. As a result, 5 minutes before closing, the assistant came up to me, asked what I needed again, brought me to window 3, and there they told me that they couldn't do it, that they were doing it in another window. At the same time, my ticket was not displayed or triggered by an audio signal. At the end, the woman from the 3rd window said, "maybe you can make it to the other window before the end of the working day," there were 4 minutes left before the bank closed. I was never called. Terrible service. But most of all, it's a shame that no one was called to the 3rd window for 15 minutes before closing, just an intermittent line was burning and when I looked at this woman in the 3rd window, she looked down as if she didn't notice me.

The slowest workers. A lot of people are sitting. The queue goes randomly. People are sitting for an hour and a half... Two hours. Two windows were working... One closed and a bunch of people. Now one window is working and there are 15 people in the queue. I've never seen this in any bank.
